Shipping Policy

All orders are processed once credit card authorization and verification are obtained. Orders generally take up to 14 to 21 days to make in our workshop.

 

International Shipping

International shipping of products will be supplied and delivered within 21business days by DHL courier company.  for shipping cost according to the shipping policy on the Site

Orders In Israel

Orders within Israel will be handled and delivered in one of the following ways:

  1.  Up to 21 business days by express post office services to your home. Please make sure that you are available at the time of delivery

  2. Self-collection by prior arrangement. 

Tax Charges
Products shipped outside of Israel may be obligated to charges enforced by local regulation. Therefore the recipient of the products is responsible for all customs and import duties required for the export of their goods.

Any additional taxes, fees or other charges required to clear the parcel through customs will also be paid in full by the recipient.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As a result we will be unable to advise or provide any assistance on these processes.

Responsibilities

The Site will not be held responsible for any delay and/or problem with the shipment of orders caused by  reasons related to the shipping provider. Also in case of force majeure and/or events that are out of the Site’s control.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction with our jewelry is important to us.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away (within 7 days of receipt) so we can work together towards resolving the issue.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original jewelry box. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at maimjewelrymaim@gmail.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment, according to clearing company and the credit card company, and subject to the arrival of the jewelry to the Site.

In case that a refund, exchange or cancellation is approved by the Site for reasons not including product defects:

  1. Customer must notify shop within 48 hours of receipt.

  2. The customer must return the jewelry in its original packagin, unused, in the same condition in which they received the jewelry.

  3. The jewelry will be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  4. The expense of return or exchange will be paid for by the customer.

  5. Shipping is non-refundable

  6. Exchanges will be supplied and delivered according to the site shipping policy and shipping costs.

 

We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the client’s responsibility.

In the event that a refund, exchange or cancellation is approved by us due to a product defect, we will hold sole responsibility for collecting or exchanging the products.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
